design table problem

I have problem when I want to edit the design Table .
the program give me message (faild to lanch server application)
I have SW2009 & vista & office2007
I am realy need your help please!!!!

I get that occasionally. If I close down SW and reopen it usually works. It's annoying but not too bad. I hope this helps.
