We have a project 14 stories cast-in-place concrete building with shear wall. Try to model it using software, which one is the best now in the market. So far we are thinking about ETBS or Stad.

Either is good. Depends on where you are constructing it - which codes are u using - American, British? Seismic or not? We use both software to model concrete structures. STAAD handles shear walls better and the modeler is much easir to use. Etabs output can get a little confusing but it has power in it.
