Design Resources - Forum FAQ 2

I've seen a handful of new threads in the past couple months asking about design resources for one topic or another. I have created a new FAQ category, Design / Education Resources, and started a FAQ for design resources in the US Market. If anyone has any additions they would like to add post them here and I'll aim to keep this updated. For other markets if someone else wants to volunteer to start a FAQ or again just tell me the resources I'll get it going.

These do not need to be free resources, a lot of governing codes are for purchase only this is meant to be just a convenient access terminal to the information.
