i have 3 phase 480 volt AC available. Want to get 640VDC output and 3000kw in size. How do i start the design process? just the conversion calulation help. Thanks for all the help.

For this amount of power, contact an industrial recifier design company. This is typical of DC traction trolley and subway train applications. One manufacturer is CPC of Ohio:
