There is not a standard for steel silos/bins.
Wind, seismic loading would normally be from ASCE 7.
Allowable stresses from AISC steel building code (more useful for structural steel), or API or AWWA tank codes (more useful for round plate structures) or a mix of the two.
Pressure distribution is at the discretion of the designer.
