Design of external pipe thread

I need design a cap threaded to close a 3/8" pipe. The internal pressure is 5000 psi and the cap must be instaled manually. ¿Somebody knows some web site where I can find inofrmation?

Use a hydraulic pipe cap, and thread sealant.
