I am searching for a design guide and specifications on curved (in plan) wood beams that support floor framing and live loads. Any info is greatly appreciated.

Have a look in the grey hardcover design manual, I am sure this is covered in there.

AITC publication Pitched and Tapered Curved Beams describes this custom product and how it is designed. Tables are provided showing preliminary sizes for typical spans and spacings. Table specifications are provided with each table indicating conditions and assumptions used to calculate the member sizes.

Do you mean vertically laminated?

American Institute of Timber Construction (AITC) has design values etc. for this.

It is not the most common type of glued laminated timber member, but it certainly can be done and has been done. I can picture two projects here in Mpls area I furnished with vertically laminated, curved members.
