Good morning, I have a question, I am responsible for the design of a bridge crane, and the design of the main beam of the crane (bridge) is not whether to use the method AISI LRFD (Steel cold FORMED) or the method of AISC LRFD, which would be correct?

Are you using cold formed steel for the crane runway beam (AISI) or are you using hot rolled steel shapes (AISC)?

Usually (100% of the time) it is AISC.

This is sort of like the latest statistical research study I read recently that showed that on average, 1 out of every 1 person eventually dies.

 
if in this case I will use a profile box girder that will be armed with hot-rolled plates, then I must use the AISC LRFD, but other question I have is that the AISC guide 7 (Industrial Buildings Roofs to Anchor Rods) only designs the crane runway beam.
then that part of the AISC going to make the design of the main beam (box girder), if possible if they can give me the standard.

jonlogar - can you re-state your question? Not sure I understand what you are asking.

 
Ah, English isn't your first language is it? It sounds like you definitely need those two specifications I pointed out above. They do a good job of explaining how to design what you're looking for. It will be very similar to AISC LRFD which is what I would use.

Correction, one of those two specifications. One is for multi-girder cranes and the other is for single. Pick the one that you require for your job.
