Design of anchoring system

Hi,

I am a new one on this forum. Hope on the right place for
my question: I need to design anchoring system for column of steel structure compatibile with EN EC3. I have already
found some resouces like

and of course checked EC2 and EC3, but did not find everything.
I found how to design the thickness of base plate, welds,
snear nib...but did not find how to design vertical stiffeners (criterium when they are need it),did not find how to design plates on the end of anchoring rods, how to consider concrete breakout...

Can someone give me some guidelines ?, Give some references
on usefull web sites ?

Any help is appreciated !
