Design Library licence

Is the Deisgn Library included in the basic solidworks?

I have Solidworks Office and it contains it. but what if you had a lower or cheaper licence, does it still include it?

As far as I know, it does. Call your VAR, they can tell you. Are you planning on downgrading?

I'm not downgrading. but a customer asked me that question. we only do training here. No sales of SWX.

The design library is part of the basic package. Toolbox parts are not though.
