Design Library Default Path

Hello all,
I am working on SW2009 Standard and many things seem to be missing from my past experience with SW Office Pro. My file locations for the design library is empty can someone please point me in the right direction? I have D/L some .sldfp files and I want to add them to the library.

Did you have a customised Design Library?

Make sure the Options > System Options > File Locations is pointing to the correct location. The defalut is C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SolidWorks\SolidWorks 2009.

Hi CBL,
We have a server installation of some sort and nothing is loctaed on the "C" drive. Wierd things for sure.

Go to Tools > Option > System options

Go to File Location and on the right side look for design library under "Show folders for" and then add the path of your design library folder.
