Design Box Section Concrete Column

How I can design a Box, Angle or any shape section of concrete column subjected to flexure moment , axial load and shear force strains.?
and where can i found it's reference in the international codes ?

The codes are not a good place to learn how to do this. You would be better served to study books on mechanics, strength of materials, statics, structural analysis of indeterminate structures, and then study individual material design peculiarities. Once you finish that, either make a career out of it, and study the codes to ensure your design meets legal standards, or find something exciting to do with your life.

I think for more complicated sections besides rectangular or circular most codes won't directly address the design but usually reference instead "any rational method". I'd do a strain compatilibity analysis for it but not having done so for irregular shapes I can't tell you how it will turn out. The best concrete book I've found to date is by Nilson et. al. and I believe it's in its 13th or so edition. The ACI addresses shear provisions under axial load and moment in chapter 11.
