I am trying to add a force on the tip of the beam angled on the T-section. I am able to draw the actual beam in 2D, but would I create the T-shape in the frame section designer? How could I angle a force on it? I have attached a picture to describe my issue.

Knowing the angle, resolve the force into the vertical and horizontal components. Apply these in the model to represent the angled load. You cannot directly input a load on an angle, you need to resolve it into components to be consistent with the coordinate system being used.
