Several Desal plants are being proposed and their env. impact seems to be the greatest deterant.
One of the issues is related to the brine/conc. residual water, which is to disposed after treatment.
I am opinion allied industries can be built which take up this high salt content water, I have heard about such projects eing built.
Could you suggest the a well frequented forum or discussion site I should laund this one ?
