depot design for aviation fuel at a standard international airport

I have just bee given an assignment to design a depot for aviation fuel for a standard international airpot. Can someone give me an insight on this at least the codes to use.

did you try to look over Exxon Mobile Aviation Standard. well that is what would go back if i have any standard concern since that std is adopted in our fueling facilities.
