Department conditions for Mugrip 3 rapier loom

What are the Department conditions(i.e Temperature & RH%) required to run polyester warp on Muller Mugrip 3 rapier looms? The Ends per cm is about 60 and pick rate is about 30 to 50 per cm. Thanks in advance..
