Delmarva UH in HEC-HMS

Does anyone know how to use the Delmarva Unit Hydrograph in Hec-HMS?
It is a dimensionless UH, and I don't see any way to enter it into the program. I am using the newest version, 3.0.1

Under the components menu select paired data manager. Just select unit hydrograph and you can cut and paste. Also if you have it in an old file(version 2) it should import.
