Delete button doesn`t work

Hello,

I have got problem with "Delete button" in my SolidWorks 2009. While I creat a new model in Solid or I make a drawing "Delete" key doesn`t work.
One option is: right clik on line or model and clik "delete"
General in another program (Word, Excell for exemple) "Delete" work correct.
Meyby there are a special options in Solid.

Please help.

what is deleted

What are you trying to delete in your model or drawing. specific objects are deletable wit h the delete key. A whole drawing wouldn't be, nor a sheet format, nor the model file itself.
