Delay tasks by 2 hours?

I use Project 98 and wondered if there is there a quick and easy way to delay certain tasks by 2 hours (eg - instead of starting at 6am, start at 8am).
I know I can use the 'Levelling Delay' - but wondered is there anything else, something quick?
