I frequently find myself evaluating dehydration options for fairly low pressure applications and have found that all of the traditional options have serious drawbacks. TEG units at low pressure require very large vessels and high glycol flow rates. Mole sieves require a huge amount of hot gas to regenerate themselves. Deliquiscent driers can't get the water content low enough for pipeline specs unless you can get the gas temp very low.

I've been looking at Air Products PRISM membrane systems and the sales stuff looks very promising. Does anyone have any experience with this dehydration technology and does it work? How big is the exhaust stream (as a percentage of the total stream).
