deformation speed error in Abaqus during low velocity impact

Hi, I am modelling a multi impact phenomena ( 5 impacts) on a composite plate with 8 layers. After running for three impacts the analysis is getting terminated by showing the error,
In element 379 of instance COMP-0-1 the ratio of deformation speed to wave speed is 0.30000 at increment 1751551. See the message file for further information. I have changed to full integration and also refined mesh from 0.5 mm to 0.25 mm still the problem is coming . Can any one please help me how to solve this issue.

 

[FEA way]

Check that element in the results and try to figure out why it's distorting. Maybe some local mesh refinement is necessary or element deletion should be introduced.
