Hello All.
I know this has been an issue for some time now, but I'm trying to find a solution for creating a "Flexible" hose which will adapt when added to an assembly.
In the attached picture you find the below steps as I have performed thus far, as well as the behavior the deformable hose is showing when added to an assembly.
Steps taken to create the Hose Assembly.

[li]Create hose assembly with two connectors (each having a routing port)[/li]
[li]Create Spline path with length constraint between connectors ports (on the right side of the picture the settings used to create the spline path)[/li]
The start and end points of the spline have an extension of 50 mm to keep that part straight.
[li]Create deformable part using the sweep generated by the mechanical Routing stock[/li]
[li]Add hose assembly to main assembly and constrain 1 end as shown in picture step 2[/li]
[li]Constrain other connector which shows deforming is working (picture step 3)[/li]
[li]Redefine constraints for the second connector to a different position in the main assembly.[/li]
Hose gets deformed but there is no control over the direction of the spline path resulting in conflicting geometry.

Is there any clever way to have control over the Spline which gets recreated when deforming the hose?
Also, I would like to have some kind of constraint over the resulting radii on the path.
As you can see in the pictures the result is a very sharp bend in the hose. I would like to prevent that from happening.
