define hinges in Sap2000 using OAPI 1

Hi everyone!

Is there a OAPI function to define hinges in Sap2000 and to assign them to frames? When I search for "hinge" in the OAPI documentation, I only get functions that read the properties of existing hinges, but I can not create new ones.
