Are these Defaults width 0.13mm 0.18mm 0.25mm 0.35mm ...
Names or sizes do I can change the size 0.13mm to 0.2mm or
these are names only.

and if I change 0.13mm to 0.50mm the size still stay 0.13mm

The dialog you're accessing simply changes the NAMES of the line widths. BTW, the reason that they are even given names like this and the option to edit them, is because they can be used to control which width is assigned to what 'pen' when you set-up your plotter.

So the widths are read only in nx. ?

Or there an option to change theme.

In the customer defaults check out Gateway -> plotting -> widths.
