With regard to the default tolerances:

X.X
X.XX
X.XXX
ANG

Is there a default parameter for X.XXXX or would a parameter need to be made?

A linear_tol would neeed to be defined in config.pro.

Look in the on-line help at Specifying Default Dimensional Tolerances.
