Setting Default Drafting Sketcher Preferences

Sketcher is the solver for parametric model sketches. Drafting is entirely different.
I don't know if there is a setting, but you can create a mapkey to set it if you like.
There is a setting in Sketcher for what it will assume is vertical or horizontal, but I don't recall anything about snapping to anything but grid points.
