Default Text dimensioning in V5 R15

Is it possible to det the default text dimension size? It appears in the standards but seems to be un-editable, can anyone tell me how I can modify the size from 3.5 to 2.5?

windsurf - you need to start catia in admin mode - then you can change the default drafting standards.
