Where do you want to add your picture? Part or drawing?
to insert picture:
- in drawing insert-> picture
- in part, open new sketch and click tools->sketch tools->sketch picture. If the part surface is not flat you can use the wrap feature.

It might even be easier than that.
Go to the Display Manager tab (the round multi-colored globe)
Go to 'Add Decal' - a cylindrical figure with a label on its face
Rt click in the space under 'Open Decal Library' - you'll see options
