Deburring 17-7 Stainless Steel

I have a Compression spring made of .375" 17-7 stainless steel, and it has to have a 45 degree X 3/32" deep chamfer on the inside diameter. What would be the most suitable deburring tool to use and out of what material? Is it better to have more flutes of less?

you might consider to get in touch with Brush Research Mfg. Co. Inc. in Los Angeles ((213) 261-2193. they have losts of different types of brushes and similar products.
