Dears.

Do anyone know the process and procedure of performing PTFE lining on sulphuric acid storage tanks
 
I would speculate that this is proprietary information and you will not find specifics online.
 
There are loose linings (warm blow expanded) that are only held at the flanges, and there are 'fully' bonded linings that are usually done as two of three layer laminate where the under layers have lower melting points and serve as the bonding agent.
The things that kill these linings are always either poor adhesion and/or permeation.
