Dear Folks;

I am trying to create a hopper in Desktop 6. The hopper is simply 2 square profiles on 2 seperate planes. I linear loft the 2 profiles to get my hopper. How do I get the small square profile to be in the center of the larger one.?I cant put parametric dimensions between the 2 profiles. Any help would be most appreciated.

Regards Adrian

Adrian:
You will have to use default planes. Then sketch the first profile deleting the FIXED (F) constrain. Dimension the profile to the other planes and center it. After this is done, make a new workplane offset from the X-Y plane, sketch the second profile, delete the fixed constrain if it have it and dimension it to the default planes. Then you can make the loft from the two fully constrained profiles.
You can contact me if you need some more help.
Regards
