WI am experiencing difficulty condensing DCM from process emission. As DCM is now a gade A VOC, so this become a problem. The process exhaust stream go throigh primary condenser (at -10oC) and secondary condenser (at -25oC) followed by liquid scrubbing (although this is not designed to take out VOCs). Heat cal shows that condenser is sufficient to remove all DCM, but we still detect DCM in the outlet of scrubber. Can anyone shares their experience on this? How to eliminate DCM emissions?

Thanks.
