Hello,
I have an electic buggy for kids with 24V, 300W and 14A DC motor. The motor was connected to a control board and speed handle to move it. That board was malfunctioned and not replaceable. I tried to connect the motor directly with the batteries with 16A push button to move it, when I press that button it sparks, after the it starts moving its ok but it sparks with the push, that spark by time malfunctioned the button.
I know from electrical engineering point of view its not recommended to connect the motor directly but I had no other option, is there any way to control this initializing spark or any other way to start the motor gradually?
Thanks.
