no, it's not axisymmetric, rather it's antimetric.
However, generally speaking, Ansys provides you with a way of modeling axisymmetric models where the only thing which is "truely" axisymmetric is geometry.
The technique expresses loads as circular functions in terms of Fourier decomposition. It's called "Axi-harmonic problem".
For this, you must use some elements whose mathematics employs the Fourier decomposition. Look for "Axi-harmonic elements", and "Axisymmetric elements under non-axisymmetric loads".
In order to correctly set the "interpretation" of the load, you will then have to play with the harmonic index (see in Help, it's very well explained).
