Cylinder head bolts

Hi
I'm searching for cylinder head bolts with the following spec:

M12
10.9 grade
1.5mm thread.
shank length of 90mm

The oem can no longer supply! any ideas? I haven't had any luck with any other suppliers.

Also if I were to change over to use studs how should I torque them as the orginals were stetch type and studs are not?

do a search on GOOGLE for ARP

ARP makes probably the best fasterners hardware in all forms of racing, i'm sure they would or could make up bolts for your app ?

I have to agree with Larry that ARP makes extremely good fasteners. I've never seen such high quality in a bolt or stud before.

But, you shouldn't have too much trouble finding a bolt that will work. M12x1.5 is a standard thread, 10.9 isn't an extremely high strength, and 90mm isn't that long for the size. Call brafasco, and other fastener suppliers, you shouldn't hev too much trouble finding them.

Try finding an M11 130mm long in a 13.9!! It wasn't possible, and i ended up with the ARP studs.

I've had no joy finding bolts but studs could be the way to go, i'll give the companys you suggest a call on Monday.

Any Ideas on the second question?
What do I torque the studs to? is the torque purly from the fixings point of view I.E TTY on the stretch bolt or from the point of view of the loading on the object that is being fixed?
