Hi
I have run a Cyclic polarisation of 25Cr SD in seawater at 5C. The reverse scan is higher than the forward scan. When they meet, the passive current is higher and the reverse scan meets again the forward scan around 0 V. I am not sure how to interpret the results:
Is the Repassivation potential at around 800mv and the material is passive from -120 to 800 mv or my repassivation potential is 0V.
Hope you can help
BTW we did not see pitting after exposure
