Hello Gentlemen/Ladies,
I have just been accepted to take the CWB1 course with the intention of becoming an Inspector in the QA/QC field in the Alberta Canada area. My question is more for those that are Canadian and have taken this course in the past. I am just wondering what I may have to increase my studies and awareness on during the course. As a background, I am presently a Journeyman Heat Treatment Technician with 15 years experience in the Combustion/Resistance/Induction methods of heat treatment and have completed a large and varied variety of Pre Heats and PostWeld Heat Treatment in the process pipe industry, both in the field at the major Oil Sands Company's as well as numerous UpGrader and Refinery projects as well. If you would allow me to gain some insight from your experiences in the past, I would certainly appreciate it.
Regards,
