Any of the NFPA 13 standards, or CVPC manufactures say what the material is supposed to be for tenting??

And/ or specifications of that material?

Not to my knowledge. We have used visqueen products for many years without issues.

13D shows Batt Insulation and blown insulation.

R value I think is determined HVAC engineer?
