Cutting length tubes

Hi Friends;

For the tubes we are designing, we laser cut on a tube laser.
I will like to have a formula to calculate the cutting length.
The formula I use for sheets give me the length on the outside and the inside, I will like to only the outside length.

If anybody know the solution please help me.
