Cutting and bending

To make a window frame using iron profile, I need to prepare a plan. I want to prepare the work in the corners by cutting and bending the profile. How can I do this in the Catia environment? like this picture

The CATIA Structures Design workbench is probably the best tool for this. But it can also be done with the Part Design workbench.

I would just model the two states: one as shown above, but with the mitered cuts shown (maybe a very small gap to show edges), and the unbent tube.
