cut extrude along a path?

I have a thin tube that will fit into a larger solid peice. But the catch is that the tube needs to be bent at a radius through the solid. I am trying to do a cut extrude through the solid to accomodate this tube.

It seems like it should be a fairly easy thing to do. If anyone knows, it will be greatly appreciated.

Would a cut sweep be better

Make a CL 3Dsketch thru the solid where you want the tube, a sketch of OD and ID of tube, extrude along the path.
