Hello everyone,

First post so hopefully I've followed the proper procedure and posting in the right forum.

I'm looking for a component similar to a tapered standoff at least I think that is what is it called. I attached a drawing of the component I'm looking for.

Would appreciate some feedback on what this component is actually called and where I could find a supplier. Trying to avoid going custom.

Thank,

The chamfer is absolutely required. There is a component that slips into the standoff to lock in place.

This requirement pretty much eliminates an off-the-shelf part.

If you don't care about the surface finish of the large OD (ie these could be turned from 5/8" bar) these might cost you a few dollars apiece. CNC lathe is going to crank 400 of those out in a couple of hours at most.
