Custom Icons & Toolbars

I created a custom Toolbar with one command icon. However, everytime that I boot up Catia, the toolbar is gone...it is no longer listed under the pulldown menu (View-Toolbars). Its as though it was never created.

Is there a setting to make these toolbars permanent?
