Custom Hole Callouts

Hello,

I have created some custom hole wizard holes, Dowel (inch), & Dowel (mm). These are created and active; know I would like to link them to the Hole Callouts. I have tried to edit the callout.txt but cannot seem to link them? Does anyone know of a procedure I should follow, or can provide some tips? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
