I am inquiring about selecting transistors for current division by its saturation current near DC. I would like to realize a 100:1 ratio current source by selecting like transistors with a 100:1 saturation current in a simple mirror.

Question: is there a parameter search where I can input parameters based on saturation? I am finding datasheet are not listing the saturation current.

Thanks, I did end up with a combination of Linear products ltc3092 and an LM134.
