Culvert Jacking/Tunneling

I am looking for information for equipment and technical information for jacking or tunneling. I have not had much luck in finding construction technics/details for this type of installation. Anyone with useful resources; books, web sites, equipment suppliers, would be greatly appreciated.
Am currently looking at a project with the following parameters, 33 foot overburden, 230 culvert length, 8 foot culvert, sand silty-sand fill material.
