What do the letters "CTRS" stand for?

I have seen it used for centres, but it might have other uses.

Yeah its calling out a distance between two centers.
I do not get a good results so I thought I was missing something.

Per ASME Y14.38a-2002 'Abbreviations And Acronyms' CTRS is 'Contrast'.

Doesn't sound like that's it though in context.
