.CSV to .arb

I have Tektronix MSO 4 series oscilloscope to capture voltage signal.

Saved this signal as .CSV file and transferred to Tektronix AFG 31021 arbitrary functio generator to modify.

Now I want to use this modified arbitrary wave form in my GW Instek ASR 2100 programmable power supply which will accept only .ARB file format.

How to convert / save this .CSV file as .ARB file?

sounds like you should ask GW Instek.

I just downloaded now.

I will check and revert.

Also I have sent a mail to GWInstek.

I have checked the excel.

No details about time scale.

Number of rows limited to 4096.

It shows error when converting to ARB.
