Just off the top of my head I would say talk to protectoseal. You really might want to go with a buckling pin if you are not setting it off all the time. Look at the PIN-TECH BUBBLE-TIGHT < 500 PPM, PRESSURE RELIEF VENT

You might have trouble with the -440F. It seems more common for cryogenic valves to stop at around liquid nitrogen temps, around -325F. Other problem is the extremely low 0.25 psi set pressure, that's uncommon as well.
