Crowbar Design

I am trying to design a crowbar but am struggling with the pry part. I am unsure how to create the design where the forked end turns into the shaft. Basically I am struggling with the two different shapes of connecting the forked end to the shaft.
I am fairly new to solidworks so any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
